Adobe Lightroom is a computer program that was created to manage and organize digital photographs. It includes all the necessary tools for creating photos such as Adobe Photoshop, iPhoto, and Apple Aperture. Download: 47MB License: free to use machine software Supported operating systems: Windows Vista/7/8/10 x86 and x64. MacOS X 10.7 or later, Windows XP SP3/Vista SP1 or later* *requires activation via serial number upon installation of this app without registration key or license file FLEXnet Licensing Center download required for activation of downloads over 5 users in a given month. Adobe Lightroom uses a variety of assets from the previous versions. The program has been updated to fix the bugs and fix the broken plugins, as well as to introduce new features such as RAW processing and new camera support. Supporting different hardware layers, it is possible to manage a single or multiple image libraries at once. It provides a range of editing tools, including color correction tools and a library view with thumbnails. Lightroom can use a preset version of Adobe Camera Raw (ACR), which supports more than 250 camera models, including D1 series, D200 series, D2H series, D2X series and so on. The program also provides a catalog for source and reference photos. Adobe Lightroom can export images into several file formats, including JPEG, TIFF and DNG. Similarly, the catalog is compatible with Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. The application can be used as a standalone application or as a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop CS4 through CC 2014 (10). Unlike Adobe Camera Raw (ACR), it does not provide its own raw file processing capabilities. It has two versions: Lightroom 5 and Lightroom CC . It was released on December 21, 2012 with version 4.1 of Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) and one year later with version 4. 2 of ACR. Lightroom 5 uses the same catalog format introduced in Lightroom 4, while ACR4.2 introduces a new ACR format that allows for faster camera raw processing of large numbers of images. The main difference between the two is that Lightroom 5 operates as a "native" application for Windows and Mac computers, while Lightroom CC is cloud-based software running within a web browser. The software requires an Internet connection to use these features on both operating systems, however both releases are otherwise identical. Lightroom 5 was made available on Adobe Labs for testing on October 23, 2012. It was released on December 21, 2012, along with ACR 4.1. Adobe released Lightroom 5.7 on the 22nd of March 2017. While there were no new major features/improvements to the software, Adobe did improve their masking tools and made other minor adjustments to the software (including improved photo merge). Lightroom 6 is due for release in 2018, with no known date as of yet. Adobe has said that it will be including some features that photographers have been asking for, such as better tethering capabilities and a better method of managing presets between different computers. cfa1e77820
